beautiful friends

I cannot believe it is Wednesday already! This week I want to take time to show appreciation for two fantastic teens, Jacquelynn and Sarah. These two are some of my favorite models (yes I have a short list) to do test shooting with. Together we have scouted new locations, lighting, poses, and makeup artists. Both Jacquelynn and Sarah have assisted me in posing others, holding a reflector, taking care of my toddlers while I test a shot out, and modeling for me. Together or individually they are my ever willing helpers.  They are truly priceless to my growth as a photographer!  Even better they are very close friends that talk daily so the two of them are completely in Sync with each other.  Today I want to just take a moment and share with you some images of these two beautiful friends as my way of saying thank you girls for putting up with my crazy ideas!

 Jacquelynn she holds a very special place in my heart, because she is my own teenage daughter. More times than not she helps with babysitting or adjusting my lighting.  She has quickly learned the steps I need her to take during specific situations. And many of you may wonder, does she want to become a photographer too. No she hopes to be a math teacher or maybe even and architect some day. Jacqeulynn is my number one right hand helper and for that I am grateful to her for all that she does to help me as I follow my dream.

Sara, is Jacquelynn’s sweet and funny friend. She has an interest in photography and modeling, so having her on set is super handy for me.  She is one of my top models to use when trying out new ideas, because she is able to follow direction very well. Sarah is not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside as well. Her personality has a way of relaxing others while making them smile.  I have, handed my camera to Sarah to get a shot of myself with my family when we have been out scouting locations. With her sparkling personality and desire to work in this industry I hope to be able to hire Sarah on as permanent part of Shannon Bush Photography in the future.

Putting these two beautiful friends together creates a bundle of happiness in any situation, their laughter and smiles are truly contagious. I am lucky to have such beauties to help me out when trying out new and exciting things.  Thank you girls for sharing your special friendship with me and with my business, the path ahead for each of you is sure to hold many wonderful opportunities for each of you!
